Abstract: |
A complaint was received from Chinese domestic caprolactam manufacturers in 2001, against the product imported from said countries. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by the uncommonly low price of imports. The final determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and final decision of anti-dumping duties. |
