Hou Fang is a Professor at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences since 1986. He is also the Head of International Law Department at the Law Institute of SASS. His areas of research include International Law, Human Rights, International Trade and International Economic Law.
He has published several papers in periodicals such as Economic Criminal Law, Politics and Law, Prosecutorial View and Economic Consultation.
