Xiaoning Li

LL.M – Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, China – 2000
B.A – English Literature, Anhui University, China -1990

Dr. Li is an Associate Legal Researcher in Law Institute and Director of Maritime Law Research Center of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She is a practicing attorney of law in China and the Director of China Law Society – WTO Section.

Her major areas of research are in International Environmental Law, Housing Law, Maritime Law, International Trade and WTO Rules, Intellectual Property and Dispute Settlement. She is also a member of Shanghai Law Society, China International Law Society and China Maritime Law Society.
