Pengfei Yang

Dr. Yang is a Professor and Associate Director at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS), Institute of Law.  His main research interests are in the areas of International Law, Constitutional Law, International Economic Law, Intellectual and Contract Law.  He has published a number of articles related to Chinese labor law in journals such as: Xinhua Publishing House, Social Sciences Monthly, Politics and Law, Shanghai People’s Publishing House and Fujian People’s Publishing House.

On March 8, 2009, he presented at the forum on “Labor Law Enforcement & Employment in 2009, ” (hosted by SASS) where he discussed and appraised the impact of the new Labor law on China’s labor market and economic development.
