Tang Guoying worked in Deqing County Industrial Kindergarten. The employer practiced a reformation in human resource since 1998. According to the rules, all the employees would be assessed each year and the worst would be dismissed. Tang was the worst in year 2000 and was dismissed on Aug. 7, 2001. Tang applied to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee. |
