Wang Pengxin was an apprentice in Sun Heming’s motorcycle parts shop since March 1998. According to their agreement, Wang Pengxin does not need to pay any training fees and also wouldn’t get paid in the following three years. Wang Pengxin was dead in an accident on July 1, 2001. His parents asked Sun to pay some money as remedy but were refused. |
