The plastic product factory failed to pay salary for two months. Mr. Jia, one of the employees, sent a resign latter to the factory and never appeared thereafter. Twenty one days later, the factory fired him for the reason that Mr. Jia was absent for over fifteen days. Mr. Jia thought that he already quit the job, so the factory had not right to fire him. |
