Abstract: |
An auto repair factory employed Liu Gang. The two parties rescinded the contract in October 2000. Since there is some policies supporting the unemployed workers to do some business by themselves, Liu need the previous employer to help him by issuing some necessary documents. The auto repair factory accepted to issue the document subject to his giving up a sume of money ought to be paid to him. Liu had to accept it and signed his name in a list that showed he already got paid. The company made fake accounting files later. |
