Zhang Yulin (Jerry) is an attorney and partner at Haiwen & Partners in Beijing. His Areas of Practice are Commercial Dispute Resolution, Foreign Direct Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, International Trade Law.

He is an Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and a Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London), East Asian Branch. He is a panelist of domain name dispute resolution centre of CIETAC and Hong Kong Intrenational Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in the .cn and .hk domains, and a listed arbitrator before HKIAC. Prior to joining Haiwen & Partners, he was a China Legal Consultant in Hong Kong between 1994 and 2002 and Attorney at Law at CIETAC between 1989 and 1992. He is a contributing author to Arbitration in China: A Practical Guide (Thompson: Sweet & Maxwell Asia, 2004).
