Abstract: |
In contrast with the judicial rules under the WTO, China still has a long way to go to in respect of judicial independence, unified legal system, legislative and judicial transparency, judicial investigation and quality of the judiciary, etc. In the near future, China’s judicial reform should be gradually and steadily promoted by securing judicial independence, quickening the process of legislation, reversion and nullification, and improving the openness system, enlarging the scope of judicial investigation, boosting the legal education and reforming the selective system of the judges. |
