WTO agreements constitute a big legal system, which includes by itself a comprehensive set of enforcement rules and mechanism. This article studies mainly its domestic implementation principles and mechanism, especially in light of Chinese laws and practice. The contents include the conformity requirements, the principle of transparency and the Trade Policy Review Mechanism (TRIM). |
