Abstract: |
China has entered into the WTO. As a WTO member, China is entitled to the member rights and shall fulfill the obligations as well. This article discusses the uniform law on foreign-capital in China and transparency. It especially makes a comparison between the China’s current system and relevant provisions under the WTO. It is hoped to provide the reference value as to how to further comply with the international requirements when China utilizes the foreign investment. |
