Abstract: |
The article expounds the transparency principle under the WTO. To face up to the challenges brought by this principle on China, the author puts forward the suggestions on how to design China’s administration system. First, China shall improve the legislation of administrative openness and thus make the administrative openness subject to the law; second, China shall establish the review mechanism equivalent to the TRIMs and boost the openness and transparency of trade policies and legislations. |
