Abstract: |
Administrative supervision is one of the fundamental functions of administration. Strengthening the administrative supervision is an important measure to prevent the abusive use of administrative power. At present, there are quite a few problems with the administrative supervision. They include: the administrative laws and regulations are distempered; self supervision is weak; the special supervisory institutins are subordinate; supervision information is inadequate; the supervisory decision-making is overlooked; there is lack of openness and transparency, etc. The resolving ways may be: improving the administrative laws and regulations; establishing the rigorous supervisory system and operative mechanism; building a multi-function social supervisory network; and boosting democracy and openness of administrative supervision. |
