Abstract: |
Since China’s entry into the WTO, it has become imperative for Chinese government to change its functions so as to adapt to the rules of WTO. Administrative approval system exposes its various drawbacks which are not in keeping with the change of government functions. This article analyzes the primary problems and reasons thereof involved in the administrative approval system. Based on the development of market economy and the requirements of the WTO, the author advances some suggestions in order to make the administrative approval system adjust to the reforms of government institutions, the establishment of good working style of party and the improvement of economic development. |
