Abstract: |
Entering into the WTO will accelerate the process of transforming the planned economy into market economy in China. The appropriate and high-efficient system of government administration must be established in China so that the Chinese markets can cater for the regulations of the WTO. The present governmental administration system must also be innovated in a fully rounded way to establish an internationalized, generalized, legal, fair, transparent, high-efficient, and market-and-service-oriented government administration system. |
