Abstract: |
WTO has a series of operative rules, which are reached through negotiation between governments by making regulations and attaining agreements. Great efforts and active behavior from representative governments are indispensable to implementing WTO rules. In accordance with the legal system of WTO, it is certain to be a strong attack to China’s governments at all levels, which makes it necessary for us to realize fundamental innovation on the managerial ideology, managerial system and managerial pattern. |
