Abstract: |
The plaintiff opened a dentistry Clinic. In Feb 2001, the plaintiff moved her clinic from Baoan District, Shenzhen to Nanshan District. On 23 April, the plaintiff submitted application of changing address to the defendant. On 15 May 2001, the defendant made a decision not to consent the plaintiff to change the address. The defendant issued a beforehand notice of administrative penalties and a Notice of Clamping Down the Practice of Medicine Without License. The plaintiff’s medical treatment appliances were suspended and her practice of medicine must be ceased. The plaintiff sued. |
