Abstract: |
On 23 Oct 1992, the defendant approved the application submitted by Shenghua Industry Company of Shanghai and decided that the plaintiff was changed into Yanchang Reamer Factory, Shanghai and the legal representative was changed from Ms. Meili Han to Mr. Yaojun Ye (“the decision at issue”). The plaintiff rejected and sued on the basis that the defendant infringed upon their managerial power in approving the application of change of registration. |
