Yuan Cong managed the construction department in Meijia Company. He signed a labor contract with Meijia Company on Nov. 1, 2001. Since he didn’t perform his duty in many project and caused a big loss to the company, the employer fired him on Dec. 30, 2000. Yuan applied for arbitration, claiming that the company should pay him compensation after rescinding the contract. |
