Abstract: |
In quickening the service industry, China is facing the challenges from liberalization of international service trade. According to the experience of other developing countries, China shall widen the levels and field of service open to the foreign capital, and enhance the service standards. In so doing, China shall comply with transparency principle, national treatment principle and market access principle. Different principles and measures shall be adopted based on different service departments. |
