Government procurement is more and more important in the economic development of every country. Firstly, it can control the expenditures and maximize the effects of expenditures; second, it can strengthen the macroeconomic control; third, it can enhance the transparency of government procurement and eliminate corruption. Therefore, it is very necessary for us to establish the government procurement system. It is the requirement for China to integrate ints economy into the world, to strengthen the control of financial expenditures, to enhance the efficiency of utilizing the capital and to realize the macro-regulation and protection of domestic industry. |
