Abstract:	Transparent policy is one of the fundamental principles under the WTO. It is the key to realize the general aim of the WTO and guarantee the predictability of international trade. As the China’s entry into the WTO is drawing near and near, the WTO and its members will more and more care about the transparency and stability of China’s legal system. Chinese government shall further strengthen the transparency of trade policies and improve the technical means of information transfer. China’s enterprises shall make full use of the mechanism of transparency so as to contribute to their business decision-making.
