Abstract: |
On 29 March 2002, the defendant issued Announcement of Public Bidding: Mining Right of City East River, which stipulated the requirements of bidder, the deadline of registration, etc. By the time of the trial, the plaintiffs did not go to register. On 16 April, bidding was held and three third parties were the bid-winners. The plaintiffs sued, claiming that they were not notified to join the bidding and the bidding was unfair, not transparent, etc. |
