One of requirements of the principle of transparency under the WTO is administrative openness while the principle of transparency is one of the fundamental principles of the WTO. It is the main purpose of the WTO and the guarantee to implement other principles. After accession to the WTO, it is urgent for China to establish a system of administrative openness so as to rise to the challenges brought by the WTO. |
