Abstract: |
The right to development is the core of contemporary human rights, and economic development in developing countries is the core of the right to development. Certain issues of international trade, including labor standards, environmental standards and IPR, can have negative influences on the right to development in developing countries. Developed countries have obligations to help to realize the right to development worldwide, especially in developing countries. |
