Abstract: |
China’s accessing to WTO and joining the two human rights conventions will have profound influences on rule of law in China in every aspect, including legislation, law enforcement, judicial and legal service. The author points out that it is necessary to deepen legal reform in these areas of Chinese legal system to adapt the changes brought by accessing to WTO and joining the two human rights conventions.
