Abstract: |
This article specifies that China should seek to establish the system of laws and policies to implement WTO agreements. In terms of the Dispute Settlement Body (“DSB”) under the WTO, we shall be aware that it has both strengths and weaknesses. To handle the DSB, the countermeasures shall be made at both macro and micro level so that we can draw the lessons as well as the experiences when we implement and enforce the WTO agreements. We shall make full use of the DSB and realize the benefits of entry into the WTO to the utmost extent. |
