| Abstract: |
The company which the plaintiff worked for was a collective-owned enterprise. The plaintiff was the vice manager and the legal representative under the appointment of People’s Government of District of Xingning. People’s Government of District of Xingning later on removed the plaintiff and appointed Mr. Yuanyuan Xie as manager, who applied to the defendant for the modification of registration of legal representative. The defendant approved the application. The plaintiff sued. |
