Abstract: |
This paper discusses the inherent relation between administrative functions and corruption from the perspective of failure to operate administrative power. It explores the reasons in respect of actual system leading to the corruption of public functionary. It points out that the main reason of corruption is unreasonable administrative system. Based on this, the paper advances the countermeasures accordingly. |
