Abstract: |
This paper introduces the institutional theory of law and the theoretical framework thereof. The whole of WTO rules can be regarded as a kind of institution, which reflects freedom, equity, fairness and justice. Accession to the WTO means the transformation of administrative ideology in the economic and trade areas. Openness of administration is the basic requirement. But the influence of WTO on Chinese legal system is all-around, including legislation, justice and enforcement of law, etc. |
