Abstract: |
China’s accession to the WTO not only has great effects on the realm of economy and trade, but also has profound effects on the political and social life. It provides new opportunities as well as new challenges to the fight against corruption. In terms of challenges, this article stresses that the current law and regulations leave a lot to be desired to conform to the rules under the WTO, and the managerial system of economy by the government has many drawbacks to be overcome. |
