On 29 Nov 1996, the defendant gave the plaintiff the notice of declaring tax payment. The defendant issued the notice of tax payment twice respectively on 2 Dec and 7 Dec. the plaintiff did no pay. On Dec 32, the defendant made a decision that the plaintiff shall pay the tax as well as the fine before Dec 18. The plaintiff sued. |
