Abstract: |
The defendant found that the cars, the SXZ649, carried by the plaintiff to Shanghai were actually the ISTANA, the car imported from Korea. The plaintiff could not provide the valid proof of importation, the defendant issued a written decision of administrative penalty to the plaintiff on 13 Nov 1998, according to the General Office of the State Council of the PRC: Circular on Strengthening Management of the License of Imported Automobiles. The plaintiff sued, though having no objection to applying this regulation. |
