Abstract: |
With the development of economy and society, the openness of government information is not just the requirement of our constitution which entitles the citizens with the right to learn the truth, but also the requirement to adapt to the WTO rules in terms of transparency of our government behavior. This article analyzes the current situations of openness of government information and the new requirements of WTO rules on transparency of Chinese government. It also specifies the problems to be solved in order to establish the openness system of government information. |
