Abstract: |
China’s entry into the WTO has brought profound changes on the environment of economic development, which will have a great effect on our government mechanism. From a long run, China should join the WTO Government procurement Agreement. The current Chinese mechanism of government procurement has not lived up to the requirements of WTO Government procurement Agreement. Hence, we need to adjust our mechanism in respect of law, procedures and human resources, and improve the mechanism of government procurement according to the international practice. |
