Abstract: |
As a member country of the WTO, the principle of transparency will have profound influence on the administrative openness system of China. Followed by an detailed analysis of the principle of transparency, this paper advances the measures to improve the administrative openness system in China: first, improve the openness of legislating administrative law so as to provide all-around protection for the administrative openness; second, establish a review mechanism corresponding to the WTO’s TPRM to promote the transparency and openness of trade and their legislation. |
