Haebing Down Garment Factory failed to pay pension to these twenty-six retired workers. They applied for labor arbitration but were rejected by the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee for exceeded the time limit. They sued to the Daiwai District Court and were rejected for the same reason. They appealed to the Daiwai District prosecute. Haerbing Secondary Court processed the case. |
