Abstract: |
Xu was an employee of Deqing County Rural Credit Association and was appointed to work for Fatou Rural Credit Cooperation. In order to have his second child, he applied to be on leave and was refused. On Jul. 12, 1990, Xu escaped with his family. Since then no one knew anything about him. The plaintiff had informed his parents to let him go back to work for three times. In August 1990, the plaintiff fired him and delivered the decision to his parents. Xu applied for labor arbitration in August 2002. |
