Abstract: | The principle of transparency is a fundamental principle under the WTO and shall be followed by every member. China has entered into the WTO. It means that we should be bounded by the principle of transparency. This article analyzes the requirements of this principle on WTO members, discusses the influence it has brought on Chinese government and advances the countermeasures accordingly. |
