Abstract: |
The theory of governance has become a global theme concerning the reform of government. Since the reform and opening policy was implemented, while pushing the comprehensive economic and social development, Chinese government has strengthened the self-reforms. Regarding market economy as the platform, transformation of governmental information as key hinge and establishment of democracy and rule of law as basis, Chinese government is making efforts to construct the new type of governing pattern and has made great achievements. Chinese government’s governance in theory and practice is a powerful response to the worldwide reform of governing. |
