The U.S. launched an investigation on concentrated apple juice imported from China in 1999 on the complaint of American industry. The article states the work done by Chinese industry and government in answering to the charge, which made the Department of Commerce reduced the anti-dumping duty in the final determination. And it also analyzes the problems and strategy concerning this matter. |
