Abstract: |
Den worked for Liu’s private-owned factory and was injured in an accident while working. He lost his four fingers. When Den asked Liu to continue to pay for his mecial expenses, Liu forced him to sign an unfair agreement. Den badly needed the money so he accepted the unfair agreement and left the factory. After consultation, he got an authentication from Injury and Disability Authenticate Committee and asked Liu to pay him the necessary remedy. Liu refused, so Den sued. |
