It is a very important problem in GATS to open the service trade market, which means application of Market principle. Legal service market is one of the central markets in twelve industries stipulated by GATS. Real application of market access will advance the openness of legal service market out of the internal need of rule by law in market economy as well as the reform of economic system, which will push forward China’s all-round development practically. However, the openness of legal service market has both advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, we should try our best to avoid the disadvantages and promote the advantages to perfect the legal system, so as to ensure the sound and sequent development of politics, economy and culture in China. |
