Abstract: |
On the basis of studying the development of the service trade, this article discusses the influence on the real estate industry after China enters into the WTO and the countermeasures to keep its sustainable development in a more opening-up environment. According to the author’s opinion, proper protection policies and supporting systems of real estate market should be set up in order to provide the enterprises with a better macro economic environment. The enterprises must improve their competitive abilities to participate in the world markets. |
