Abstract: |
The paper explores that the institutional conflicts between trade and human rights are the results of the development of international society and international law in the context of economic globalization. Such conflicts are in many aspects and multi-level. Rights conflict is one of these levels. The institutional conflicts between free trade and human rights indicate the extreme separation and imbalance development of international legal system. The authors point out that scholars need to pay more attention on the issue of institution integration, including joint value and institutional interaction.
