| Abstract: |
There is a big discrepancy between Chinese foreign-capital laws and WTO rules. It is an important issue on how to establish and improve the legal system of foreign-capital in China. This article analyzes the conflicts between Chinese foreign-capital laws and WTO rules, and puts forward the suggestions like enacting a uniform law of managing foreign-capital and law of anti-monopoly. |
