Abstract: |
The entry into the WTO is the greatest challenge to managerial system of Chinese government. There are some problems with Chinese government including the administrative approval system, protective system of property rights, market access, communication between government and enterprises ideology of rule of law, etc. They have limited China’s further development of reform and opening. Therefore, China should transform governmental functions and quicken the legalization of governmental management so as to meet the challenges of entry into the WTO. |
