A complaint was received by MFTEC from Chinese domestic cold-rolled stainless steel sheet manufacturers in 1999, against the like product imported from Japan and Korea. The injury domestic industry suffered was caused by the uncommonly low price imports. The preliminary determination reported the investigation proceedings, dumping and injury identification, and provisional anti-dumping measure. |
