A complaint was received by MFTEC from Chinese domestic Chinese methylene chloride manufacturers in 2000, against the product imported from said countries. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by the uncommonly low price of imports. The final determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and final decision of anti-dumping duties. |
